Google Ads Landing Page Copy: 8 Sections with Bilingual Examples + Free 8 Section Landing Page Copy Template (Word)
A landing page should continue the promise that earned the ad click. Someone searching for office cleaning needs to understand scope, fit and how to enquire before reading a company history. The eight sections below use a fictional Hong Kong cleaning business. Confirm every service statement with the real business before publishing it.
Write down the ad promise first
Record the search intent, ad message, suitable customer, available evidence and desired action. Google Ads recommends closely matching the landing page to the ad and keywords, with useful original information. That supports message consistency; it does not guarantee a Quality Score or conversion improvement.
1 | Hero promise
Example: “Recurring office cleaning in Hong Kong, scoped around your floor area and preferred service times.”
Writing note: State the service, location and next step instead of making an unsupported market-leader claim.
2 | Customer situation
Example: “Need cleaning outside office hours? Tell us about building access and the areas to be cleaned.”
Writing note: Describe the relevant situation so visitors can judge fit.
3 | Scope
Example: “Discuss desk surfaces, floors and pantry cleaning; confirm high-level exterior work, specialist materials and disinfection requirements separately.”
Writing note: Separate inclusions from exclusions instead of implying a universal package.
4 | Process
Example: “Review the site requirements, agree a task list and access times, then quote for the confirmed scope.”
Writing note: Explain the actual process without inventing a response-time promise.
5 | Evidence
Example: “View authorised before-and-after photographs with the site, conditions and work scope identified.”
Writing note: Omit unsupported claims; use a real process demonstration when testimonials or credentials are unavailable.
6 | Pricing factors
Example: “Pricing depends on area, frequency, materials, access restrictions and scope. A floor plan or photographs can help define the work.”
Writing note: Explain cost drivers without inventing a cleaning-service quote.
7 | FAQs and concerns
Example: “Can we arrange a trial clean? Include the request in your enquiry so scope and fees can be confirmed first.”
Writing note: Use only options the business can actually offer; this is illustrative copy.
8 | Primary action
Example: “Share your site details to discuss a suitable cleaning scope.”
Writing note: Request necessary contact details, location, area and timing; confirm receipt and explain the real next step.
Keep bilingual journeys equivalent
Confirm that both versions share the same scope, conditions and required form fields, then adapt the language naturally. Do not omit restrictions in English or send a Chinese CTA to an English-only explanation. Before launch, test language switching, the primary action, mobile forms and confirmation messages. These are proposed acceptance checks, not reported tests of a live website.

Budget, deliverables and timing
For a Hong Kong SME, allow HK$6,000–15,000 for bilingual copy and a content wireframe, HK$12,000–30,000 for design and development, and HK$3,000–8,000 for form and analytics setup. If purchased separately, the illustrative total is HK$21,000–53,000. Avoid double-counting integration included in a package. Advertising, photography, subscriptions and specialist integrations are extra. Allow 2–4 weeks from content confirmation to basic acceptance, excluding delays for evidence and approvals. These are planning assumptions, not a fixed quote.
Specify bilingual copy, desktop and mobile versions, form success and error messages, a link list and maintenance ownership. If creator footage is used, agree website display, editing and paid-ad rights separately. A social-post licence is not an unlimited perpetual media licence.
Measure qualified demand
Separate ad visits, form starts, successful submissions and qualified enquiries. Define qualification in advance, such as service location, actual need and workable timing. Removing necessary screening can increase submissions while wasting sales time. Treat improvements as hypotheses until comparable evidence is available.
FAQs
Must there be only one button?
You can repeat the same primary action and provide necessary alternatives such as a phone number. Avoid asking for several competing commitments at once.
What if we have no case studies?
Show a real process, sample or defined scope. Do not fill the evidence section with invented numbers or testimonials.
Can one page cover every service?
Distinct search intents may need separate content and entry points. Decide around service differences, maintenance capacity and campaign structure.
Put the method into practice
Ask Allua to turn your ad promise into a lead-generation page draft. Share the ad, service scope, audience and real evidence so the team can assess the work.
